You can request the return of a product from the warehouse section, by clicking on the "Return / Exchange" button as it appears in the image.
However, you must be aware that there is a time limit to be able to do this (I think a maximum of 3 days), therefore, as soon as you receive the product in the warehouse, do your QCs and decide whether to keep or return/exchange the order.
