Order status
Once the order is placed, we can monitor the status of all the stages, in order they are:
Process Pending: You have placed the order, an agent has been assigned to you, and he will start buying the product for you.
Purchased: It means that your agent has placed the order, now we just have to wait for the seller to ship the product.
Seller Sent: The seller has shipped your product and within a few days it will arrive at the warehouse.
Warehouse Received: The package has arrived at the warehouse, the package will be stored soon.
Storing: They are verifying your order, taking QC photos and measuring the weight and dimensions of the product (which will then be used for shipping).
Stored: The order has been stored and now we can find it in the warehouse section.
