# Order status

Once the order is placed, we can monitor the status of all the stages, in order they are:

* <mark style="color:blue;">**Process Pending**</mark>: You have placed the order, an agent has been assigned to you, and he will start buying the product for you.
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Purchased**</mark>: It means that your agent has placed the order, now we just have to wait for the seller to ship the product.
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Seller Sent**</mark>: The seller has shipped your product and within a few days it will arrive at the warehouse.
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Warehouse Received**</mark>: The package has arrived at the warehouse, the package will be stored soon.
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Storing**</mark>: They are verifying your order, taking QC photos and measuring the weight and dimensions of the product (which will then be used for shipping).
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Stored**</mark>: The order has been stored and now we can find it in the warehouse section.
